VARILOX is the cold room locking system designed for the most demanding requirements in industry and commerce, such as commercial kitchens or the gastronomy. With frequently changing personnel, rough handling, fast movements, and the need for operation with full hands, it requires a robust, reliable, precise, and secure function.
The STUV engineers have designed and engineered VARILOX as a modular press lever locking system that can be individually configured. Tube or lever handle? Elegant in stainless steel or classic black? With the modular system, different decorative panels and handle variants can be easily combined. Moreover, the modular system allows for OEM versions, with options such as customer logo branding or custom handle designs. Feel free to contact us directly for more information on this.

VARILOX is designed as a modular system. With different decor panels and handle variants, the locking system can be easily customised. VARILOX is optionally available with a profile cylinder including three keys (max. 10 different lockings), as a dummy version or prepared for Swiss round cylinders (KABA). VARILOX is optionally available as a multi-point locking system or can be supplemented with a mortise lock. With a square pin available in various lengths, VARILOX can be configured for corresponding door thicknesses.

VARILOX is the cold room locking system designed for the most demanding requirements. VARILOX has been successfully tested in a durability test with 250,000 cycles, equivalent to more than 45 years of continuous use with an average of 15 operations per day. High-quality, durable, and robust materials, along with a particularly sturdy design, ensure long-term durability. The modular system also makes VARILOX highly maintenance-friendly.
